Head towards the outpost and defeat the enemies there.

Climb the tower. Talk with Johnny Silverhand to get some info on the antenna. You can turn it off if you have a Level 10 Technical Ability or simply destroy it by chucking a grenade towards it.

Leave the area and await a call from Dakota Smith to receive the reward and end the mission.

Gig: Flying Drugs Choices and Best Choice

Guns Blazing or Stealth Mode

Guns Blazing Use your assault rifles as things here can get ugly quick and fast. Use the multiple covers around to hide from the turrets spread over the area.
Stealth Mode You will need a decent enough sniper in order to make this work. Stay away, hack all turrets to disable them, and use the cover to snipe away, including those who are on the tower. Panam's Overwatch will suffice here.

Best Choice

Stealth mode is best here since the disadvantage of multiple covers is that the enemies can sneak up on you as well. Going stealth mode will allow you to defeat enemies easily without too much of a risk.
