Grenades are throwable explosives in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. Learn about what grenades are, see a list of all available grenades, explosion damage, blast radius, and more!

While in the Throwable Section of your Inventory, press E to equip that throwable. Alternatively, press B to put that throwable into a quickslot so you can quickly switch between two or more throwables using your quick-keys.
To equip throwables in your quickslot press the Q button and select the throwable you want. You can also use your quick-key binds (buttons 1-0, and [ ] by default) to skip the quickslot menu.
You can select the grenade type you want to equip from the character menu, as well as the weapons screen. If you hold R1, you will pull a grenade, allowing you to use the right stick to aim.
Alternatively, for PC players, holding G will ready your throwable and releasing the button throws it.
If you want to put a grenade away after pulling it, you can press △ (PS4/PS5) while still holding R1 to put it away instead of throwing it. This is a very important thing to keep in mind if you accidentally pull a grenade at a wrong time, or near NCPD!
