In order for your bullets to hit your enemy, you need to at least hit your target once. After that, all the bullets fired thereafter will be able to hit the target even when they are hiding behind cover.
In order for Smart Weapons to work, it needs a special cyberware called Smart Link Cyberware. This will allow you to be able to access Smart Weapons smart targetting system. Otherwise, the Smart Weapons will just fire off at random targets.
You can buy Smart Link Cyberware from Cyberware shops. You can even get one for free after The Gig side quest.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
Ran into the same problem with Iris not wanting to get in the van (in v1.31) but coerced her into doing it by backing the van up into her. She'll jump out of the way if you try to ram her, but backing up and bumping her teleports her to the side of the van, where she'll get in.
