Queen Of The Highway Quest Objectives

Aldecado Camp, Eastern Badlands

Objectives

Objective IconLeave the camp and wait a day until the Basilisk is ready.
Head out of camp and either do some other things to pass the time or skip time for 24 hours then head back and Panam will call you.

Queen of the Highway Basilisk Practice
Objective IconGet in the Basilisk.
After talking to the Aledcados hop in the Basilisk, jack in, and take it for a spin. Shoot at the cars after you stop.

Objective IconDefeat the Raffen Shiv.
When you're finished practicing with the Basilisk, the Raffens will attack, so head back to the camp and shoot 'em up in your new toy. Park the Basilisk when you're done and go meet Saul.

Objective IconFollow Panam.
After the talk with Saul, follow Panam to the bar for one last beer. When you wake up go outside to the camp. You can follow Panam for another short conversation if you'd like, then the quest will end.

This is the culmination of your attempts to romance Panam as male V. Follow these steps to finish your romance.

Say The Basilisk is Cozy

Panam Romance Queen of the Highway 1

Once you enter the Basilisk, you can say one of three things. Make sure the mention that it's cozy.

Let Panam Touch Your Thigh

Panam Romance Queen of the Highway 2
When you finish taking shooting the wrecks with the Basilisk, Panam will hook in, referencing what you should've said about impulses in With A Little Help From My Friends. There will then be the dialogue option to let her touch your thigh. This will initiate the romance scene between you and her.

Kiss Her Goodbye

Before leaving, you can kiss Panam goodbye and tell her thanks for everything. This is the last romantic action you can take with Panam.
