Leave the bathroom.Go through the door directly behind your starting position.
Head to Jenkins's office.Ride in the elevator, then press the button ahead of you to exit.
Talk to Jenkins.Regardless of your choices in this conversation, you'll be assigned your next task and gain 45,800 Eddies.
Call Jackie → Go to the AV Garage. It's fine to skip the other options and go directly ahead to continue the story.
Exit the AV.You'll be approached by three angry men. You can choose to Attack them to enter combat, or allow the time to run out to threaten them with your status
Meet with Jackie. You'll find Jackie on the bottom floor. Use the mini-map to look for the stairs, then follow the objective marker to Jackie.
Talk with Jackie.Regardless of your choices in the conversation with Jackie, plot events will unfold which will lead to the end of the Quest.
The Optional objectives in this Quest don't provide any specific advantage or affect the story, and only serve to provide context.
Unless you're interested in seeing everything this Quest has to offer, you won't regret skipping them and going straight to the required Objectives.
For the basketball players who approach you after exiting the AV, you can either allow the time meter to expire, in which case V will intimidate them with their status, or you can choose Attack to subdue them directly.
This choice doesn't initiate real combat, so whatever you choose, it doesn't seem to have any effect on the story or provide any benefits either way.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
When I grapple NPCs I can see black patches flashing on the back of their head, shoulders, and back. Like they are rendering properly.
