Go to the Afterlife.Make your way to the Afterlife and speak with Rogue after taking the pills that allow Johnny to take over. You then have a choice between getting V a billy-goat tattoo or a heart with Johnny + V in it. Johnny will then go on a bender and you'll wake up to Rogue.
Talk to Johnny.After you come to and Rogue leaves, talk to Johnny then wait a day for Rogue to contact you.
Meet Rogue at the Afterlife.After Rogue calls you head over to the Afterlife and join Rogue for a drive. Go ahead and skip the ride after your conversation with Rogue then get out of the car at night.
Follow Rogue.Go with Rogue up on top of the containers to make your way into the docks. There are a few gang members in the opening area so take them out quietly and move on. Open the cargo door for Rogue and go inside.
Find the Dataterm.Go to the other side of the area as you get rid of or sneak around any enemies in your way to find the Dataterm. There will be a storehouse that you can go inside where the Dataterm is. If you have 9 points in Technical Ability you can unlock the door on the side, 6 points in Body allows you to force open a window in the back, and there's an entrance on the opposite side where more enemies are lurking. Use the Dataterm to find out where Smasher is hiding.
Look for Smasher on the Ebunike.Smasher is hiding out on the ship itself so exit the building and go up the staircase to the Ebunike. There will be a few more enemies as you head to the front of the ship. Grayson will be waiting up another set of stairs so hit him with anything and he'll go down. Take the gun back then question him about Smasher.
Drive to the oil fields.Choose whether to off Grayson or not. Regardless of your choice you can get the access card off of him, go up the nearby ladder and lower the shipping container that contains Johnny's Porsche. Take your new ride and go to the oil fields to look for Johnny's body. Sit down and talk to Johnny then the quest will end.
Rogue will guide you to a Malestrom camp in the docks, Once there, you will have to be the one to find a path to the Dataterm.
There is one route to take that will get you to all 4 of the elite guards in the building. You can ignore any of the other normal guards as you will only need to take out the specialists that are in the building
This route requires you to have at least Technical 9 to open the gate on the east side of the camp. After opening it, you will only have to worry about one enemy outside of the building and one inside.
This route will be the only choice if you do not have enough Technical. You will have to wrap around the entire camp by hugging the walls and going around to the west side of the camp. You will pass by a few Maelstrom on the way to the building.
A full-frontal assault is not recommended as there are quite a number of enemies in the area. Even with Rogues help it can prove quite a challenge. The sneaking routes are quite easy and straightforward so there is not a reason not to use them unless you are caught.

This mission will have the choices that will determine whether or not you will be able to unlock the secret ending. These dialogue choices will present themselves when talking to Johnny at his grave, you will need to select the following choices to unlock the secret ending.
Johnny: But I've managed one thing for now. Not to fuck this up, what we have.
Reply: Nah, fucked that up too.
Johnny: Ahem, is it too late to ask for a second chance?
Reply: What do you want from me?
Johnny: At least, so it seemed... till now.
Reply: OK, but as second chances go, this is your last
To unlock the secret ending, “Don't Fear the Reaper,” you will need to call out Johnny on his past actions and not to be overfriendly with him, but not too hostile either. Let him know he let you down, but you're willing to give him another chance. This will change your relationship with Johnny. You won't be too forgiving of him and the shit he pulled on you, but you won't be too hostile and push him away either.
Grayson will offer you something of Johnny's in return for sparing him, but even if you do choose to kill him you can pick up the access card off of his body. If you do kill him, the game will immediately direct you to your next location rather than tell you how to use the card. Go up the ladder to the left of where Grayson was and press the button to lower a shipping container. Head back down off the ship and open up the container to get a new car, Johnny's Porsche.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
Ran into the same problem with Iris not wanting to get in the van (in v1.31) but coerced her into doing it by backing the van up into her. She'll jump out of the way if you try to ram her, but backing up and bumping her teleports her to the side of the van, where she'll get in.
