How to Unlock Complete The Rescue. Fast travel to the Old Turbines in The Badlands and then head southeast from there. Locate the nearest unknown sidequest marker to unlock the gig.

Scan the bodies you will see in the area and you will find a shard that will give you information regarding the cyberpsycho.

Defeat the cyberpsycho and examine his body to find the shard.

Read the shard you found on the cyberpsycho and then message Regina about it. This will then end the gig.

Mid-Ranged vs Sniper Battle

Mid-Ranged

Quickly close out the distance between the tower and use rifles and pistols to take out the sniper. Grenades are also a reliable option but you need to get closer. Once damaged enough, the guy will go down from the tower and you will have a chance to finish him off.

Sniper Battle

Take out your best sniper rifle and use the surrounding cover to provide protection. Snipe when he reloads and hide when he begins aiming. Once he steps down from the tower, you can use your sniper to finish him off.

Best Choice

It's better to go with the second choice. The mid-ranged battle won't work as smoothly as the sniper battle since there are land mines all around the tower.

    • In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?

    • If I fail or cancel out of an access point, the mini-game will not load up, you'll just get the jack in/Jack out animations but the mini-game will no longer appear.
