Brute Force vs. Tactical Approach

Brute Force Use electrical weapons or EMP grenades to take out the drones quickly. Dodge the cyberpsycho's quick attacks and battle him with your own ranged attacks.
Tactical Approach Use quickhacks to get rid of the drones via the Short Circuit quickhack. Then, face the cyberpsycho using quickhacks to destablize him and give you an advantage.

Best Choice

It's best to go tactical since going brute force opens you up to attacks from the drones as well. Battling three enemies at once especially someone strong like a cyberpsycho might be more difficult than picking them out one by one.
