The Twitch Drops are pieces of the NUS Outfit Set. For the boots, pants, and jacket, you need to watch at least 1 hour of eligible Cyberpunk 2077 content between the start and end time to get the specific outfit piece.

You'll know a channel is eligible if there's a notification on top of the chat that informs you that the stream supports Drops.

The headgear is a different case: it's a Custom Drop, which means you'll need to watch 1 hour of Cyberpunk 2077 from the smaller list of eligible channels for the custom drop.

The Twitch Drops system is a feature on Twitch where viewers can obtain in-game items by watching participating live streams for a certain amount of time.

Go to the official website to connect your GOG and Twitch Account. Click the Link Account button to start.

Login to your GOG account first (or sign up if you don't have an account yet), and then login to your Twitch account afterwards.

After logging in both accounts, the process is done; your accounts are now linked!

Watch Eligible Content During Duration for Item

During the duration of the event, watch the eligible channels for Cyberpunk 2077 content. You'll know that the channel is participating if there's a notification on top of the chat that informs you that the stream supports Drops.

There are four outfit pieces with different schedules, so make sure to check above for the durations for each piece.

How to Redeem Twitch Drops Rewards
1 Go to your Twitch Drops Inventory. If you successfully fulfilled the conditions to unlock a reward, you'll find the redeem code for it in this page.
2 Visit Cyberpunk's redeem page and enter the code.
3 If you successfully redeemed the code, you'll now be able to find the item in your in-game stash!

A unique item that you can get from Twitch is the Yasha Sniper Rifle. You can get this through a different way from the Twitch Drops; to get this gun, you need to gift two Twitch subscriptions of any tier to eligible Twitch partners and affliates, while the Support a Streamer event is ongoing.

You can find all the eligible channels for this event through this link. Note that these channels need to be live streaming Cyberpunk 2077 when you give the Twitch Sub for it to count.

You'll get the reward by checking your Twitch Inventory and redeeming the code that you get in Cyberpunk's redeem page.
