Dream of Devouring Echoes

 Dragon of Dirge Dragon of Dirge Devour: Devour 1 adjacent Echo every day and gain the Daily Coupon yield of the Devoured target. When Devouring Echoes with the same Dream Attribute, ther is a 50% chance to Devour again. You can Devour up to 5 times a day.

 Havoc Prism Havoc Prism When an adjacent Prism Echo is Devoured, gain 5 Dreamland Coupons.

Dream of Devouring is an attribute that offers a reliable source of massive earnings, provided your board is properly balanced. While Devouring boards can scale aggressively, they also carry the risk of consuming their own growth potential if left unchecked. Be sure to monitor your Echo population carefully to avoid cutting off your resources!
A standout unit to watch for is the Lightcrusher, a powerful Echo capable of carrying your entire board. It can be a strong substitute, if not superior, to the Dragon of Dirge, thanks to its ability to massively scale the Coupon yield of Echoes it absorbs.
Whirling Rapids Best Blessing
Equip Transience
Transience is a universally excellent Blessing that will also do very well on a Devouring board. This ability is best activated on the Third Day of each phase as its effects last for three days total, giving you a sizeable income boost as each phase comes to a close.

A good Prop which increases the amount of Echoes on the board after a period of time. This is good to have for a devouring-focused board as it passively generates fodder for your devourers, especially if you can get it early! |

 Surprise Box Surprise Box The shop offers 1 random Dream Box for free starting from the next phase.

Generally good utility Prop, allowing you to recruit a total of three new Echoes for free which will be useful in later stages as you'll likely need a consistent stream of Echoes to devour. |
These three Props are must-buys from the Shop if you have spare Frequency Crystals to spend. Figurine: Excarat generates additional Coupon Income whenever a Devouring action is triggered, making it an excellent pick for maximized Coupon yield.
On top of that, Time Mailbox and Surprise Box offer a reliable source of fodder for your Devourer units, helping maintain a steady population of consumable Echoes.

Manage Your Consumable Echoes
The biggest challenge of a Devouring board is balancing your Devourer and consumable Echoes as overpopulation can stall your income. Prisms make ideal fodder thanks to their beneficial effects, though their random placement can limit efficiency.
Among them, Glacio Prisms are the most valuable, boosting adjacent Echoes' Coupon Yield by 2 upon being consumed. Havoc Prisms also shine by granting 5 Coupons when any Echo next to them is devoured. Aim to keep Prisms at roughly 70% of your board to maintain a steady flow of fodder for your Devourers.
Limit Devourers Present
To maintain a stable board, limit the number of Devourer Echoes present. Echoes like Violet-Feathered Heron and Lightcrusher can easily consume all your Consumable Echoes if overpopulated, so be sure not to over-recruit them!
We recommend limiting your Violet-Feathered Herons to two at most, and keeping only one Lightcrusher at all times. Any more than this may potentially create a shortage of fodder on your board and hinder your Devourers' growth.
Have Fodder Generators
Fodder generators like Fusion Prism, Gulpuff and Kerasaur play a vital role in sustaining your Devourers. Fusion Prisms and Gulpuffs are great in early phases but risk being consumed themselves, while Kerasaurs provide more stable fodder generation thanks to their immunity to being devoured.
However, since Kerasaurs can't be consumed, we recommend keeping only 1-2 on the board in later phases to avoid clogging space.
Aim For the Lightcrusher
The Lightcrusher is arguably the strongest Devourer Echo as it is able to gain 110% of it's consumed Echo's Coupon yield. With the potential to devour up to 4 Echoes per turn, it can generate massive income fast. If it appears in your recruitment pool, be sure to grab it immediately!
