Italo is the first duelist of Difficulty I, and as such, is not a particularly complicated duelist to fight. He has no duelist trait, and uses a Rally deck that focuses on quick-deploying Echoes for bonuses.
For this duel, and the succeeding ones, the recommended deck is the Lioness of Glory active skill spam deck as it remains strong enough to take these challenges on without much issue.

Andrius' gimmick is that this fight will only last for one round, meaning that you have to do as much damage to him as possible in a single turn. Utilize Ruin of Glory's chip damage to whittle away at him for the win.

Luanquan has no special trait for her fight. She uses a Full Attunement Deck, so keep an eye on out for how many 3-Costs she has deployed as Hyvatia can be a dangerous Echo to deal with.

Lana's trait makes her lose HP whenever you deploy an Echo. For this fight, the Calcified Junrock and Fusion Prism are standout cards due to their active skill as they can essentially just deal 5 damage to Lana for free.

Loop Active Skills With the Lioness
The main gameplan of the deck is to loop active skills from cards like the Fusion Prism, Calcified Junrock, and Waystone while the Lioness of Glory is on field. This will buff your team, and also burn the opponent's HP because of the Ruin of Glory.
Chisa's Skill is another piece of utility that helps dig for the set-up pieces, as it allows you to draw 1 card on demand. Ideally, your set-up allows you to consistently draw and activate the Fusion Prism and Calcified Junrock to loop.
Generate Energy With the Waystone
The Waystone is one of the key cards in the deck, as it is what generates Energy for the set-up to be complete. Clone it with the Mining Reindeer, or use the Hologram Map on it to maximize its Energy generation!
Cheat Out the Kerasaur
The Kerasaur is a great Echo to have alongside the Lioness while looping, as it is a strong Echo that also has its own Active Skill to contribute to looping. To skip the need to Modulate it, use the Transport Unit XE-01 to deploy it directly.
Transform for Resources and to Thin the Deck
Use the Transform abilities of cards like Diggy Duggy and Sabyr Boar to gain more resources, or the Chest Mimic to find the Waystone for energy.
Using Transform abilities also has the dual purpose of thinning out the deck, making it more likely to draw into key cards like the Fusion Prism or Calcified Junrock.
