Complete Operation: Frontier Renewal

A Night of Shimmering Stars is a Side Quest that becomes available after completing the entire Route Network of Lahai-Roi. You must finish the Operation: Frontier Renewal Permanent Event first and complete the Spacetrek Observatory: Overwatch Phase Exploration Quest to unlock it.

Talk to Ang in Startorch Academy

Teleport to the Teaching Zone Resonance Beacon in Startorch Academy and head to one of the classrooms to find a girl named Ang, where she'll ask for your help to look for a booklet.

Find and Return the Booklet to Ang

Booklet Location
In the same classroom, go to the teacher's desk to find Ang's booklet. Retrieve it and return it to Ang. Once you complete the dialogue, you will automatically be transported to a different area.

Invite Ang's Friends To Stargaze

Invite Ang's friends, namely, Hiling and Romeo to stargaze with you near the Spacetrek Observatory. Afterwards, invite Dhalifa in the infirmary with Rover's own decision.

After all of Ang's friends accept, fast travel to the Spacetrek Observatory around 22:00. Once the dialogue ends, take photos of the group and talk to the students to complete the quest.
