Head to the Black Shores and interact with Ku-Terry on the water platform near the Chronorift Metropolis Sonoro Sphere. It will be sharing its experience with Chisa in the Black Shores.

Complete the Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands Quest
You must complete the main quest Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands to accomplish this trophy. Ku-Terry's dialogue is based on Rover and Chisa's return to the Black Shores.
