Go to the ominously-lit area at the southern edge of Honami Crossing southwest of the Ballpark and check out the playground littered with drawings.
In the middle of it, inspect the note beside the sand painting to get the trophy.
2.8 Hidden Trophies and How to Get
Start the Stranger Things in Honami Event
The playground area is an area in Honami City, an underground passageway accessible only when you start an incursion via the Stranger Things in Honami event.
The event requires you to finish the Chapter 2 Segue, Flowing Starlight in the Iris so make sure to finish that first.
