You can find Aemeath sitting on a bench near the Tactical Hologram simulation machine by heading to the top of Rabelle College building. Sit beside her to start her Whispers Between Stars story.
How to Find Aemeath
Progress Through Gold Suspended in Shadows Quest
You can unlock Aemeath's Story in the Whispers Between Stars event by progressing through the Gold Suspended in Shadows Main Quest. She will appear after the Celebration begins.
Chapter 3 Act 4 Gold Suspended in Shadows
Teleport to the Teaching Zone
To reach to Aemeath's location, head to the Startorch Academy. Teleport to the Teaching Zone Resonance Beacon and head northeast to find her location.
