How to Unlock Luuk Herssen's Event Stories
Attend Lucilla's Movie Invitation via WavesLine During Main Story
You can unlock both Luuk Herssen and Lucilla's Event Stories after progressing Chapter 3, Act 4 of the Main Story quest, Gold Suspended in Shadows, and receiving an invite from Lucilla to watch movies with her.
Finish the sequence until after the leaving the theater to get the new event quests up.

| 1 | Waffle Therapy How to Unlock: • Available after progressing Gold Suspended in Shadows and getting Lucilla's invite to watch movies. You will receive this quest after watching at the theater. |
| 2 | Snack Deficit Syndrome How to Unlock: • Complete prior event story • Collect 3 Cradle Lichen. This plant can be found by going directly in the quest log and pressing the requirement box itself, showing you the nearest Cradle Lichen location. • Interact with Luuk Herssen after completing the prerequisite event (06:00-08:00) |
| 3 | Immunodeficiency of Snacks How to Unlock: • Complete prior event story • Cook/Purchase Smoked Meat Stew. This item can be made or bought at the Culinary Station in Startorch Academy, just look for a fork and knife icon. |
| 4 | A Fluffy Prescription How to Unlock: • Complete prior event story • Complete combat at the designated location, this area will be pointed to you by heading to the quest's requirements log and pressing the search function beside it. You will fight two Flora Reindeers near Route Constructor Racing Challenge XI in Etching Plains, Lahai-Roi. • Unlocked after March 20, 2026 |

Luuk Herssen has 5 different side stories, Chapters 1-3 are unlocked as soon as you progress the event, but Chapters 4 and 5 are initially time-gated until March 20, 2026 and March 21, 2026, respectively.

Waffle Therapy
| 1 |
 After talking with Lucilla in the Main Story Quest Gold Suspended in Shadows, the Rover can choose to accept Luuk Herssen's messages, and he will ask you to try out his newly-made waffles. |

| 2 |  Head to the Infirmary and go inside the doctor's quarters where Luuk is, as indicated by the objective marker. Luuk will converse with you and serve you some waffles and discuss about recent events, and this part of the story ends here. |
Snack Deficit Syndrome
| 1 |
 After collecting the prerequisites to this story, head to Luuk Herssen's location near a fountain north of the Spacetrek Archive. You will see him feeding a group of cats and you two continue to talk more until the screen fades black. After the conversation, you will immediately receieve a message from Luuk via WavesLine, asking for help as someone stole his fresh batch of waffles. |

| 2 |  You will find Luuk Herssen near the infirmary again, asking you to help investigate clues along the infirmary's sick bay. Follow the trail of the objective marker and interact with all three collectibles to proceed. |
| 3 |  Return and talk to Luuk Herssen once done with the investigation, you will both conclude that a Calico Cat has ran away with the waffles, and you two pursue the cat after. |
| 4 |  Meet with Luuk Herssen again near the center of the academy, guided by the objective marker. He will be investigating nearby and asking how you would catch the cat thief. This story will end after catching the cat and having a little conversation with Luuk as to what to do with it. |
Immunodeficiency of Snacks
| 1 |  Once you finish collecting prerequisites for this quest, Luuk will send you a WavesLine message regarding the cat. Head to the Infirmary Station once again and talk to Luuk inside his quarters. The rest of the story will just be a long conversation with Luuk on how to give the cat to a good owner, and you two hatch a plan to find one. |

A Fluffy Prescription
| 1 |  Once you finish the prerequisites for this quest, Luuk will send you another WavesLine message, regarding his failed plan to have the cat adopted. You are now tasked to search for the cat as it fled the infirmary. |

| 2 |  Head to the Infirmary once again, but this time you will have to use your Sensor to locate the cat. Follow through the different attempts to catch the cat and it will fail regardless, forcing you and Luuk to lure it with his waffles. |
| 3 |  Head to the next location indicated by the objective marker and use your sensor to detect the cat near the flowerbed. This time, you are able to catch the cat and you take it back to Luuk's infirmary. |
| 4 |  Meet up with Luuk at the infirmary to trigger another conversation, convincing him to adopt the cat in the process. The story for this chapter ends here, and you can get your rewards after. |
