Two Kids are On the Red Bridge

The first two kids are hiding behind a bush on either ends of the bridge. Note that they are on the bridge so you'll have to climb the stairs to find them.
The Third Kid is Near the Water
The last and final kid is hiding in plain sight, underneath red arrow signs. The area is nearest the water west of Chronorift Metropolis.
2.8 Hidden Trophies and How to Get
Get to Chronorift Metropolis via Ch. 2, Act 12
To reach the three kids' location, you must start the main quest Stagnant Dawn on Wastelands and arrive in Chronorift Metropolis. You can go to their locations as soon as the game allows you to free-roam the entire area.
