Galbrena's ascension materials are composed of the Stone Rose, Blighted Crown of the Puppet King, and the Tidal Residuum materials from echoes mostly in Rinascita. In addition, you will need a total of 170,000 Shell Credits to fully upgrade Galbrena.

To upgrade Galbrena's Forte, you will need Phlogiston materials from Forgery Challenges, and more Tidal Residuum materials from echoes mostly in Rinascita. You will also need 2,030,000 Shell Credits to fully upgrade all the Forte Skills.
The material Curse of the Abyss is a new drop from a new weekly boss in Version 2.7. There is no announcement on who this new boss is, but expect some updates when we know more!

Where to Get Blighted Crown of Puppet King
Blighted Crown of Puppet King is a material dropped by The False Sovereign. You will find the boss in the Sanguis Plateaus east of Murmurstown and during the By Sun's Burning Hand quest. You can also choose to challenge it earlier by tracking it from the Boss Challenge menu.

Where to Get Galbrena's Weekly Boss Material
Obtained from Threnodian: Leviathan
The Threnodian: Leviathan is located at the foot of the mountains at Three Heroes' Crest. Note that this boss fight only unlocks after completing the events of the Main Story Quest, Dawn Breaks on Dark Tides.
Players who have not unlocked the boss fight can challenge Threnodian: Leviathan early by going to the Guidebook and selecting the Weekly Challenge tab.
