Magic Occult Gems

Wicked Pact	Your Common Eldritch Powers are 25% more Potent.
Heart of Anima	Your Common Psyche Witch Powers are 25% more Potent.
Toadling's Wish	Your Common Growth & Decay Witch Powers are 35% more Potent.
Phantom String	You deal 15% increased Overpower damage to Hexed enemies.
Elder Sigil	Your Agility, Corpse, Incarnate, Mastery, Weapon Mastery, and Wrath Skills deal 25% increased direct damage to Hexed enemies. This Skill now has a Potency skill tag instead of Potency
Vulture Talon	While you have an Aura active, your Damage Over Time ticks 50% faster.
Pointed Finger	Your Summons deal 15% increased direct damage to Hexed Elites.

Rare Occult Gems

Gem	Effects
Killing Wind	While you have three or more Eldritch Witch Powers equipped, gain 25% Movement Speed and 15% Critical Strike Chance.
Raging Enigma	Your Unique Witch Powers deal 40% increased damage.
Spiral Coin	While you have three or more Psyche Witch Powers equipped, gain 60% Crowd Control Duration and 20% Lucky Hit Chance.
Cornucopia	While you have three or more Growth % Decay Witch Powers equipped, you generate 30% more Barrier, gain 30% more Fortify and have 30% more Thorns.
Vile Phylactery	While you have a Summon Witch Power equipped, if you would take fatal damage, instead prevent that damage. Then, gain a Barrier equal to 100% of your Maximum Life and disable your Witch Powers with the Summon tag for 6 seconds. This can only occur once every 75 seconds.
Hungering Void	While you have an Aura active, pull Nearby enemies toward you every 8 seconds.

Legendary Occult Gems

Gem	Effects
Witching Hour	While you have three or more Eldritch Witch Powers equipped, every 5 seconds, the next Core Skill you cast gains the Eldritch tag.
Voice of the Stars	While you have an Aura active, your Ultimate Skills gain each Witchcraft tag and deal 10% increased damage.
Mind Wreath	While you have three or more Psyche Witch Powers equipped, the Cooldowns of your Defensive, Macabre, and Trap Skills are reduced by 20%.
Friend of the Bog	While you have three or more Growth & Decay Witch Powers equipped, you gain 8% Primary Stat, 10% Maximum Life, and are always Unhindered.
Moonlight Ward	For each Rank in your equipped Unique Witch Power, you gain 3% Damage Reduction and 0.5% Maximum Resistance to All Elements.
Dust Stone	For each of your Auras and Hexes an enemy is afflicted by, they take 2.5% increased damage from you.

Additional Occult Gem Effects

Grants Armor Bonuses and Resistances

Aside from their main effects, all Occult Gems grants a bonus of 160 Armor and +8% resistance to all elements which makes them a much more superior gem to use than other gems.

Can Only be Socketed to Jewelries

Occult Gems have stronger defensive stats than their regular gem counterparts. However, these gems can only be socketed to jewelries. This means that you'll still need to craft other gems to supplement your armour and weapon sockets with standard gems.

You Can't Equip Two Occult Gems of the Same Name

It won't be possible to stack up an Occult Gem's effect as you can only equip 1 unique copy of an Occult Gem to your character at all times. This is to avoid stat stacking and to incentivize players to play around with multiple Occult Gems and mix up their effects.

Magic Occult Gems	・Fugitive Head x1 ・Restless Rot x1,000 ・50,000 Gem Fragment

Magic Occult Gems require a Fugitive Head, 1,000 Restless Rot, and 50,000 Gem Fragments. The Gem Fragments needed is different depending on the type of Magic Occult Gem you want to craft.

Rare Occult Gems

Rare Occult Gems	・Magic Occult Gems x2 ・75,000 Skull Fragments

Rare Occult Gems require two different Magic Occult Gems, and 75,000 Skull Fragments. The Magic occult Gems needed differs, depending on the Rare Occult Gem you wish to craft.

Learn Occult Gem Recipes from Grimoires

Grimoires are needed to learn Occult Gem recipes. You can start grinding for grimoires starting on Torment I difficulty by participating in Headhunt zones.

Craft with Gelena at the Tree of Whispers

After learning an Occult Gem recipe, speak to Gelena to start crafting them. Magic rarity Occult Gems will need Fugitive Heads, Restless Rot, and Gem Fragments.

How to Farm Fugitive Heads

Trade Fugitive Heads for Restless Rots

If you have a surplus of Fugitive Heads and you need Restless Rot, you can trade them for Rotting Caches from Gelena.

How to Get Gem Fragments

Gem Fragments can be obtained by defeating Elites, opening Chests in the overworld or dungeons, or by opening the Reward Caches from completing Whispers of the Dead.

One of the efficient way to farm Gem Fragments is by participating in Infernal Hordes and spending your Burning Aether on Spoils of Material chests at the end of the dungeon.
