The Call of the Underworld quest is automatically started when Necromancers reach Lv. 25. You need to go to Western Ways in the Fractured Peaks to progress through the quest.

Talk to Maltorius
Talk to Maltorius in Western Ways of Fractured Peaks to begin the quest.
2 Diablo IV - Collect 12 Unbroken Bones
Collect 12 Unbroken Bones
Obtain Unbroken Bones by defeating enemies that spawn within the blue circle.
3 Diablo IV - Head to the Bitter Cave
Head to the Cave containing the Vile Artifact
From your location, head south, in the Sallow Riverbanks to find the Bitter Cave.
4 Diablo IV - Interact with the Jar of Souls
Find the Jar of Souls
Once inside the Bitter Cave, find and interact with the Jar of Souls
5 Diablo IV - Defeat the Vengeful Spirits
Fill the Jar of Souls
Fill the Jar by defeating the Vengeful Spirits in the area.
6 Diablo IV - Talk to Maltorius again
Talk to Maltorius
Once all enemies are defeated, Maltorius will appear again to finish the quest. After talking to Maltorius, you can now equip the Summon Golem Skill to have an undead Golem fight for you!

Golem Summon

You obtain the Golem Summon class feature when you complete the Call of the Underworld quest. It allows you to summon a Golem that will act as a Tank and taunt enemies, drawing aggro away from you and your other summons.
