Due to the difficulty tier changes, the Capstone dungeons have been removed from the game. Capstone dungeons are areas that you have to clear in order to move to a higher world tier. However, the Difficulty tier changes does not use Capstone dungeons to increase your game's difficulty and now uses a different metric which abolishes the Capstone Dungeon system.

Capstone Dungeons are Dungeons which players unlock as they reach a World Tier's level cap, acting as a final challenge before they can access the next World Tier.
Capstone Dungeons are considerably more difficult than the regular Dungeons found in the open world, making them excellent tests for ensuring your character can handle higher World Tiers.
