You can check the map to find the location of all the Medical Notes inside the lair. You need to interact with all three Medical Notes to progress further in the stronghold.
The Necrotic Masses in the Alcarnus are invulnerable until you kill all nearby Elites in the area. You can look at your map to find the location of all Necrotic Masses.
Rashta Reborn has multiple AOE attacks that can deal massive damage if they directly hit you. Occasionally, she will cast a red projectile from above. To easily evade this attack, stand still as soon as you see her raise her hands.
It's easier to evade her projectile attacks when you stay close to her. However, she occasionally casts a powerful line attack that can deal significant damage. Watch out for this attack and immediately move away whenever she performs this attack.
