Extractable Legendary Aspects can be obtained from Legendary Items in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on for a full list of all Extractable Offensive, Defensive, Mobility, Utility, and Resource Aspects for every class in the game!
During the Season 4's Loot Reborn, several overhauls were implemented into the game which included reworks to how aspects and how the Codex of Power worked. Previously, you can obtain Aspects by extracting aspects from gear then imprinting it into a gear. This was a tedious task as an extracted aspect can only be used once.
After the Season 4's Loot Reborn rework to the Codex of Power, you can now permanently obtain an aspect via Salvaging. This will add the strongest version of the aspect to the Codex of Power and can then, be added to your gear via imprinting from the Occultist.
