Diablo 4 Season 3 (Season of the Construct) adds a total of 6 new Unique Items to the game. Each class will have its own brand new Unique, with the 6th being useable by all classes.

Airidah's Inexorable Will

5 Malignant Rings, one for each class, will be added to the game. These are new unique items with abilities based on the Malignant Powers from season 1.
As per the developers, the Malignant Rings are a way to reintroduce popular seasonal content beyond the season and into the eternal realm.
Unique Items will start dropping for players after they reach World Tier 3 (Nightmare difficulty). Complete the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon at World Tier 2 to unlock World Tier 3.
Players who reach World Tier 4 (Torment difficulty) will also start seeing new Unique item drops. Progress through the game and unlock this higher difficulty setting for even better quality item drops in Diablo 4.
How to Change World Tier Difficulty
Players will also get a guaranteed Unique Ring when they beat the last boss of Diablo 4. Unlike the regular Uniques which only drop starting from World Tier 3 onwards, this unique can be obtained while playing at World Tiers 1 or 2.
Unique Items are stronger and rarer gear than Legendaries. They also have a stronger Unique Affix than the more regular Legendary affixes and can be considered a build defining piece of equipment for your character setup.
Unlike Legendaries (which have random affixes and one Legendary Aspect), Uniques will always have fixed stat affixes and a Unique Effect attached to them. This makes Unique gear a better option for streamlining builds compared to Legendaries or Rares that roll with random stats and affixes.
