Ladder Bosses and Uber Bosses allow for Target Farming of specific Uniques. Grind the bosses above until you get the drop you want!
All Boss Ladder and Uber Boss Loot Tables
Activities like Nightmare Dungeons, Whisper Caches, Helltide, and World Bosses have a good chance of dropping Uniques items. Try to participate in these events as often as you could to increase your chances of obtaining Uniques.
Players will also get a guaranteed Unique Ring when they beat the last boss of Diablo 4. Try to finish the main questline to reach this boss and get your first Unique item.
Unique Items are stronger and rarer gear than Legendaries. They also have a stronger Unique Affix than the more regular Legendary affixes and can be considered a build defining piece of equipment for your character setup.
Unlike Legendaries (which have random affixes and one Legendary Aspect), Uniques will always have fixed stat affixes and a Unique Effect attached to them.
