Diablo 4 - Sir Lynna Preview

The Darkblade is a guaranteed drop from an extremely rare monster called Sir Lynna, Disciple of the Dark and can be encountered at The Frigid Expanse just above Kyovashad, beside the Forsaken Quarry Dungeon.

Simply go north and ride your mount towards Sir Lynna's location, initiate the battle, and defeat him to get the weapon!
