The Stamina Potion is a unique consumable from the Cow Level in Diablo 4 (D4) that applies an unknown effect to the player. Read on to learn more about what it does, and how to get it!
The Stamina Potion gives an unknown effect to the player that consumes it. In our investigation we have found that the Stamina Potion can be simultaneously active with another potion, but we did not see any effects.
Interact with the human corpses inside the Forlorn Hovel (Cow Level) to get the Stamina Potion. Note that the corpse that drops the Stamina Potion varies every time you enter the Cellar.
Stamina Potions can also be farmed by using the reset dungeon feature and looting the corpses again.

I went in there, but you don't get the stamina potion by looting the bodies but by killing every cow in there and the last one will drop it.
