How to Unlock the Dark Citadel Vendor

Complete the Crater of Lost Souls Priority Quest

The Crater of Lost Souls is a priority quest in the Nahantu Region which which starts a short questline and unlocks the Dark Citadel and the Dark Citadel Vendor on completion.

Note that the Dark Citadel is only accessible on Torment Difficulties. Therefore, clearing Tier 20 of The Pit of the Artificer is a prerequisite as this unlocks the first Torment Difficulty.

The Dark Citadel is exclusive to players that own the Vessel of Hatred Expansion. Parties that have at least one player without the Vessel of Hatred of Expansion cannot enter the Dark Citadel.

Scroll of Abundance	Effect: Use to restore 30% Health and drop Health Potions for Nearby players. Citadel Coins: 800
Elixir of Agression	Effect: For the next 30 minutes, Increases Damage Reduction by 10%, killing 20 enemies causes your next Core Skill to Taunt Nearby enemies, and Experience gained is increased by 8%. Citadel Coins: 800
Elixir of Tailwind	Effect: For the next 30 minutes, Increases Move Speed 15%, you leave behind a trail that grants players +15% Move Speed for 5 seconds, and Experience gained is increased by 8%. Citadel Coins: 800
