Piranhado Icon Piranhado When an enemy is afflicted by both a Hex and an Aura Effect, a Piranhado is summoned pulling enemies towards it and dealing X Physical damage over 12 seconds. May occur once every 20 seconds.
Rank 5: Piranhado moves itself towards nearby enemies.

This build uses Aura of Siphoning and Shaken Soul to constantly apply Vulnerable to all nearby enemies. Adding Hex of Shattering also allows the build to benefit from two powerful Witchcraft Powers: Piranhado for occasionally pulling enemies in, and Aura Specialization for the massive Critical Strike Damage bonus.

Soul Harvest is another essential power as it consistently increases your Strength every time you use a skill with a cooldown for a damage boost from the Executioner's Aspect. Pair this with Bold Chieftain's Aspect and the Strategic Ground Stomp to very reliably refresh skill cooldowns and stack more and more Strength.

Igni is a rare Legendary Rune but it sure is the best rune to invoke Earthquakes with the Tec Rune. This allows Earthquakes to be invoked when casting any skill every 0.3 seconds.

Gar would be the other important rune which will be a constant source of 25% added Critical Strike Chance. Pair Gar with the Bac Rune to get the buff every 5 meters you travel.

Paragon Boards
1. Starting Board (Rumble)
2. Carnage (Challenger)
3. Blood Rage (Ire)
4. Force of Nature (Marshal)
5. Decimator (Wrath)

The Force of Nature and Blood Rage Legendary Paragon Nodes are the biggest damage scaler for the build as each point in “Damage vs Close Enemies” and “Damage while Berserking” stats grant additional damage multipliers to all the damage you deal. To maximize the damage from these nodes, make sure to get at least a total of 500% Damage vs Close and 450% Damage while Berserking.

Slot in the Challenger Glyph to the Carnage Paragon Board to and get the surrounding Strength nodes as soon as you get the last Legendary Paragon Node. This allows us to get as much Strength as possible to benefit scale the damage bonus from the Executioner's Aspect.

The playstyle for this Whirlwind Earthquake Build is pretty straightforward as you just need to cast a skill every 0.3 seconds to trigger the IgniTec Runeword to invoke Earthquakes. The usual rotation is as follows:

  1. Get near a pack of monsters and use Challenging Shout for the bonus damage reduction. You can use Wrath of the Berserkers when facing an Elite.
  2. Cast War Cry after around 0.3 seconds to trigger another Earthquake. Cast Rallying Cry after 0.3 seconds for another Earthquake.
  3. When all your skills are on cooldown, use Whirlwind every 0.3 seconds instead to invoke Earthquakes.

The Paragon board is wrong. It says the second paragon is Carnage but the picture Linked is Bloodrage so i don't know if it is intended to go Carnage or Bloodrage second
