The quest World Tier 3: Nightmare can be started after finishing the Campaign in Diablo 4. Learn the quest location and rewards, World Tier 3 unlocks, as well as how to start World Tier 3: Nightmare!

You will get the World Tier 3: Nightmare priority quest after finishing the Main Story. Interact with the World Tier Statue in order to start the quest to unlock World Tier 3.
Endgame Guide: What to Do After the Campaign
The Whispers of the Dead priority quest will only appear in your Journal after the credits roll. Finish the main quests to unlock this end-game specific content!

| 1 | Interact with the World Tier Statue After completing the main story, interact with the World Tier Statue in Kyovashad to begin the quest towards unlocking World Tier 3. |
| 2 |  Enter the Cathedral of Light Head to the Cathedral of Light Dungeon to progress the quest. |
| 3 |  Collect Animus from the Revenant Knights Upon entering the dungeon, defeat the Revenant Knight enemies to obtain Animus. Animus are randomly dropped, and appear as violet orbs that can be picked up by walking near them. |
| 4 |  Return to the World Tier Statue Return to the World Tier Statue to finish the quest and unlock switching to World Tier 3! |
| World Tier 3: Nightmare Unlocks and Features |

 Sacred and Unique Items Nightmare Sigils and Nightmare Dungeons Helltide Additional XP Champion Monsters |
Upon switching to World Tier 3, Sacred and Unique items now have a chance of dropping. Nightmare Sigils will also begin to drop, and are used to unlock Nightmare Dungeons.
Helltides can also appear across Sanctuary. Additional XP will also be gained, as well as a chance to encounter stronger, champion monsters!
