No Monthly Fees in Diablo 4

Diablo 4 is a buy-to-play game with no monthly or subscription fees. All of Diablo 4's gameplay content is available to players who purchase any edition of the game.

However, note that Diablo 4 has microtransactions in the form of the seasonal Battle Pass and premium Shop cosmetics. These paid items and services are optional and only provide cosmetic additions to your characters and do not reward any in-game bonuses or power-ups.
