Diablo 4 supports cross-play on all available platforms including the PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, Xbox One, and Windows for PC. Multiplayer mode is unlocked after finishing the prologue, and you're only be able to see players who are in the same World Tier as you are!

Before attempting to find your friends in the game, you must progress and finish the prologue in order to unlock Multiplayer mode. Roaming around Kyovashad should let you meet other players who are playing on the same tier as you do
