Igni and Xan

Rune Combination
IgniIgni XanXan
Condition Effect
Stores offering every 0.3 seconds. Cast a non-Basic Skill to gain the stored offering (up to 500). Your next Skill cast will be a guaranteed Critical Strike and Overpower.
Offering
25 800

IgniXan is a powerful runeword combo for endgame once you have stacked as much Critical Strike Damage and Overpower Damage Bonus.

This is particularly useful on the Druid, Barbarian, and Necromancer as these classes have Overpower-specific skills.

Igni and Qax

Rune Combination
IgniIgni QaxQax
Condition Effect
Stores offering every 0.3 seconds. Cast a non-Basic Skill to gain the stored offering (up to 500). Your next non-Basic Skill cast spends all of your Primary Resource to deal up to 100% increased damage.
Offering
25 400

IgniQax is another powerful combo but is much accessible earlier if you have ways to rapidly generate your Primary Resource.

Igni's condition is straightforward, giving you offering over time, so you don't have to think about it when executing your rotations.

Nagu and Ceh

Rune Combination
NaguNagu CehCeh
Condition Effect
Maintain at least 1 active Summon for 5 seconds, gaining Offering for each up to 6 Summons. Summon a Spirit Wolf to attack enemies for 8 seconds.
Offering
100 100

NaguCeh is a potent combo for summoner builds to augment your damage output. Nagu's condition is extremely simple, giving you the required offering for just having an active summon.

Nagu and Ohm

Rune Combination
NaguNagu OhmOhm
Condition Effect
Maintain at least 1 active Summon for 5 seconds, gaining Offering for each up to 6 Summons. Evoke the Barbarian's Enhanced War Cry, increasing your Movement Speed and damage dealt.
Offering
100 500

NaguOhm is an alternative runeword combo for summoner builds that lets you use the Barbarian's Enhanced War Cry, an all-around useful buff that your party can take advantage of.

This runeword combo is not restricted to summoner builds. If you have a summon source like the Sorcerer's Ice Blades, you can use this runeword combination too.

Tam and Ohm

Rune Combination
TamTam OhmOhm
Condition Effect
Cast a non-Channeled Core Skill. Evoke the Barbarian's Enhanced War Cry, increasing your Movement Speed and damage dealt.
Offering
25 500

TamOhm is a strong rune combination in the game as most of the builds in the game spam core skills, allowing players to stack offerings from Tam quickly. Ohm is the chosen Invocation Rune as its damage increase easily skyrockets any build's capabilities.

Feo and Ner

Rune Combination
FeoFeo NerNer
Condition Effect
Become Injured or Crowd Controlled. Evoke the Rogue's Countering Concealment, gaining Dodge Chance, Movement Speed, Unstoppable, and Stealth.
Offering
1000 700

FeoNer is a great rune combination for survivability and removing impairment effects. Feo grants 1000 offerings whenever you're injured or crowd-controlled; this gives you enough offerings to activate Ner which evokes the Rogue's Countering Concealment.

This rune combination allows you to dispel any crowd control applied to you, with the bonus of invincibility and increased dodge chance and mobility.

Tam and Mot

Rune Combination
TamTam MotMot
Condition Effect
Cast a non-Channeled Core Skill. Gain a shadow from the Rogue's Dark Shroud, reducing damage taken per shadow.
Offering
25 150

TamMot is a rune combination for builds lacking in Damage Reduction, an ideal affix for pushing the defense of your builds in higher difficulties. This works well with the majority of builds that spam core skills a lot, passively granting them damage reduction from Dark Shroud.

Cir and Lac

Rune Combination
CirCir LacLac
Condition Effect
Cast the same non-Channeled Skill 3 times in a row. Evoke the Barbarian's Challenging Shout, reducing your damage taken.
Offering
50 400

CirLac is a defensive rune combination that works best with builds that have high attack speed. This allows you to use the Barbarian's Challenging Shout to taunt enemies and add damage reduction to your character. As a bonus, Challenging Shout also fills a boss' stagger meter.

Builds that spam any non-channeled skill will benefit greatly from this defensive rune word, this includes basic and core skills which is great for the majority of builds.

Cir and Gar

Rune Combination
CirCir GarGar
Condition Effect
Cast the same non-Channeled Skill 3 times in a row. Gain 2.5% Critical Strike Chance for 5 seconds, up to 25%.
Offering
50 25

CirGar is a powerful Runeword that works great with builds that have high attack speed. This allows you to gain up to 25% Critical Strike Chance which is extremely helpful for all builds.

If your build relies on spamming core skills it's better to use Tam as it is more efficient, but is more rare.

How to Make a Good Runeword Combination

Use Ritual Runes with Easy Conditions

Use Ritual runes that have easy conditions to stack offerings fast. The Runewords you choose are entirely dependent on your build, so having Ritual Runes tied to your build playstyle will allow you to apply the effects of your Invocation Runes more often.

Runewords Should Improve Builds

Your Runewords should improve on your builds in the sense that it covers the weaknesses of your build, or significantly increases its effectiveness. For example, if your build does not have a Skill or Aspect that can remove crowd control effects, then Feo and Ner can take care of that problem for you.
