How to Get Elder Sigil Gems

Learn Recipe from Grimoire

To craft the Elder Sigil Occult Gem, you'll first need to learn its crafting recipe from the Elder Sigil Grimoire. The grimoire drops from Headhunt zones starting on Torment I difficulty.

Once you've learned the recipe, you can craft the Elder Sigil Occult Gem with Gelena at the Tree of Whispers. You'll need a Fugitive Head, 1,000 Restless Rot, and 50,000 Gem Fragments to craft one.

How to Farm Fugitive Heads

Only Equippable on Jewelry Slots

To offset the gem's all-rounded benefit of armor and resistances, the gem can only be socketed to jewelry slots. Avoid crafting multiple Occult Gems as you'll only be able to equip 3 unique occult gems at the same time.
