Midwinter Event Release Date

The Midwinter event for Diablo 4 will be available starting on November 19 until December 3, 2024. Around this period, Eternal and Seasonal players can encounter the returned Red-Cloaked Horror for a chance to obtain the improved Gileon's Brew.

Return of the Red-Cloaked Horror

Red-Cloaked Horror
The Red-Cloaked Horror now has a chance to spawn during Helltides, replacing the Hellborne that spawns once the gauge is maxed out. The Red-Cloaked Horror can also appear during the Infernal Horde or a dungeon run similar to The Butcher.

Slaying the Red-Cloaked Horror guarantees a drop of Gileon's Brew, an elixir that allows you to deal more damage against enemies, obtain more herbs and crafting materials, and a +15% experience boost.

Midwinter Square
The Midwinter Square will also return to Kyovashad during the event. It was not stated if you can still obtain Midwinter-themed cosmetics, but it is stated that you can obtain a powerful one-time gift from Midwinter Square.
