EffectWhile you have a Summon Witch Power equipped, if you would take fatal damage, instead prevent that damage. Then, gain a Barrier equal to 100% of your Maximum Life and disable your Witch Powers with the Summon tag for 6 seconds. This can only occur once every 75 seconds.

To craft the Vile Phylactery Occult Gem, you'll first need to learn its crafting recipe from the Vile Phylactery Grimoire. The grimoire drops from Headhunt zones starting on Torment I difficulty.

Once you've learned the recipe, you can craft the Vile Phylactery Occult Gem with Gelena at the Tree of Whispers. You'll need an Toadling's Wish x1, Pointed Finger x1, and Skull Fragments x75,000.

To offset the gem's all-rounded benefit of armor and resistances, the gem can only be socketed to jewelry slots. Avoid crafting multiple Occult Gems as you'll only be able to equip 3 unique occult gems at the same time.
