In addition to earning random loot and Renown in the region, you unlock the following rewards for completing the The Onyx Watchtower Stronghold.
Unlocks The Onyx Hold Dungeon
Completing the The Onyx Watchtower Stronghold unlocks the Onyx Hold Dungeon where you can get the Storm Swell Aspect for the Sorcerer class.
Unlocks The Onyx Watchtower Waypoint
It also unlocks a new waypoint in Dry Steppes which gives you an additional 20 Renown Value.

Kill All Enemies Inside The Zone
Once you enter The Onyx Watchtower stronghold, you will be able to see zones inside a yellow circle. Clear all enemies inside these zones to be able to progress further with the stronghold.
How to Beat Captain Ezmin
Watch Out for the Daze Attack
During the fight, Captain Ezmin will throw smoke bombs that can Daze you if you stand on it. Mind your positioning and try to avoid this as much as possible to continue damaging Captain Ezmin.
Use AOE Skills When Invisible
Captain Ezmin can turn invisible during the fight. However, you can still target him with AOE attacks even when he's not visible. Use this opportunity to inflict damage while also clearing the ads that he summons.
