This build primarily relies on Ball Lightning to apply Burn and efficiently eliminate all nearby and approaching enemies. To increase the damage of Burn effects, the build uses the Sinerat's Flames together with Andariel's Flaming Skull paired with offensive skills such as Fire Bolt, Fireball, Ball Lightning, Unstable Currents, and Teleport.

 Andariel's Flaming Skull

Modifier: Burning Enemies take XX more damage from your Damage over Time effects. |
 Harbinger of Hatred's Volley
|
Modifier: Casting a Basic Skill while at Maximum Resource spends it all to make all Nearby enemies Vulnerable. Activating your Main Boss Power grants XX increased Vulnerable Damage for 5 seconds. |
 Lilith's Wind of Hate
|
Modifier: Hitting an Elite enemy with a Main Boss Power creates an inert Blister Clone with 10% of their Maximum Life for 15 seconds. Killing the Blister removes XX of the Elite's Life. An Elite can have up to 1 Blister active at once, and a Boss can have up to 2 Blisters. Enemies with Resilience cannot spawn Blisters. |
The Boss Power setup is designed to be the main damaging abilities of the build. These powers are designed to synergize with the skills of the build so they activate more often, triggering burns and applying continous DPS.

Subo is used as the main mercenary for marking enemies and regaining mana. Take Subo's Cover Fire and Opening Fire to gain more Critical Strike Damage, ultimately allowing the build to deal more damage over a time interval.
Equip Raheir as a Reinforcement
Use Raheir as your reinforcement for your survivability. It's best to use his Bastion skill whenever you become injured, so you can avoid damage and become unstoppable.

This build's playstyle revolves around engaging in close combat by jumping onto enemies to spam Ball Lightning to cast the Boss powers to burn enemies. The playstyle rotation follows:
- Teleport to enemies to activate Burn from Boss Powers.
- Then cast Ball Lightning to increase the damage of Burn.
- Cast Ice Armor when it's not on Cooldown then cast Unstable Currents and Firewall.
- Finally use Fireball and Fire Bolt to activate Harbinger of Hatred's Volley.
