To craft the Witching Hour Occult Gem, you'll first need to learn its crafting recipe from the Witching Hour Grimoire. The grimoire drops from Headhunt zones starting on Torment I difficulty.

Only Equippable on Jewelry Slots

To offset the gem's all-rounded benefit of armor and resistances, the gem can only be socketed to jewelry slots. Avoid crafting multiple Occult Gems as you'll only be able to equip 3 unique occult gems at the same time.
