You have to purchase the Ultimate Edition of Diablo 4 to get the Wings of the Creator emote. This also means that it is not included in the Standard or Deluxe Editions of the game. You will receive the emote on the official launch day of Diablo 4, June 6th.
The Wings of the Creator emote is a cosmetic emote that will show Inarius, the former archangel of the High Heavens. As an emote, it can help you interact and communicate with others by simply pressing a hotkey assigned to it. Since it is an emote, it will have no stat benefits to the player.
