All Uber Bosses are available in World Tier 4 and some of them are available on World Tier 3 as well with less materials required.

Tormented Uber Bosses On PTR Server

The Tormented versions of all the Uber Bosses are available on the PTR server of Diablo 4, and they can be summoned using more materials, including an additional material called the Stygian Stone. This stone can only be obtained by completing The Pit dungeon in Cerrigar.

How to Use the Interactive Map

The Interactive Map both shows the location of key points on the map, and doubles as a collectible checker.

1. Click an icon on the right side to show all the pins of a specific type, or click the magnifying glass button to search for a specific pin by name.
2. Click a pin on the map to see its name and description, and a relevant picture or video if available.
3. From here, click Mark as Acquired to indicate that you've gotten a collectible already. This will change its icon on the map to show that it has been collected, and add 1 to that pin type's Counter.
4. To undo this, click on the same pin and click Restore to unclaimed.
5. To check how many pins you have marked so far, check the Counter in the bottom left, and click the icon that looks like a checklist to see counters for all pin types.
6. If the collected pins start to get in the way, you can hide them all by clicking the green Show Pins button on the left side.

Icon	How to Use
	Show Names This button reveals the Name of every icon currently shown.
	Show Pins This button will toggle between showing and hiding all the pins which you have already marked as acquired.
	Fullscreen This button will change the map display to fill the screen.
	Search Mode Toggle This button will display a searchbar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name.
	Icon Mode Toggle In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again.
	All Pins This button is shown along with the Icons on the right when there are over 6 types of pins. Click it for a full selection of all available pin types.
	Counter Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side.
	View All Counters This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types.
	Zoom In / Zoom Out This icon is found on the top left side of the map. You can press these buttons, or use your scroll wheel while hovering, to Zoom In and Out of the interactive map.

Lord Zir, The Dark Master, is the main boss you'll need to defeat for the Season 2 update. Lord Zir is a vampire-type enemy that spreads malice through swift attacks and blood manipulation.

You'll be able to encounter him twice, first in World Tiers 1 and 2, and then in World Tier 4. For World Tiers 1 and 2, you'll be able to fight him during the seasonal questline of Season 2. For World Tier 4, you'll be able to summon him after gathering enough Exquisite Blood from World Bosses and Legion Events.

You can now target farm Uniques by defeating these new uber bosses. The following Uniques, which includes Malignant Rings, have increased drop rates for defeating Varshan:

Malignant Rings

Malignant Rings are new unique items that can be acquired from Vashan. There are 5 Malignant Rings, 1 for each class.

These rings are imbued with abilities based on the Malignant Powers from Season of the Malignant. As per the developers, the Malignant Rings are a way to reintroduce popular seasonal content beyond the season and into the eternal realm.

Echo of Varshan Overview

Echo of Varshan	Rewards: • Flesh-Weld Rod Trophy (Cosmetics) • Exclusive Uniques
	World Tiers: 3, 4
	Location: Malignant Burrow
	How to Fight (World Tier 3 and 4): Complete Tree of Whispers on respective World Tiers to gain parts of Varshan’s body, which you can use to summon him. Tier 4 Summons require a Malignant Heart.

Echo of Varshan is a returning boss from the Season 1 update. Varshan is the source of the Malignant and uses dark magic to corrupt other monsters and adventurers alike.

You will be able to encounter Varshan in World Tiers 3 and 4, where you'll need to complete Tree of Whispers activities in the respective World Tiers to summon him.

	How to Fight (World 3 and 4): Open Helltide Chests in respective World Tiers to obtain a number of Living Steel, which can be used to summon the boss

Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint, is a new boss being introduced in the Season 2 update. Grigoire uses a combination of lightning and physical attacks to decimate adventurers.

You can fight Grigoire in both World Tier 3 and 4. You would need to participate in Helltide Events and open Helltide Chests and acquire 5 Living Steels to summon him.

Duriel Loot Table

	How to Fight: Summon through the use of 2 Mucus-Slick Egg and 2 Shard of Agony gained after defeating Echo of Varshan and Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint in World Tier 4

The final and hardest new Uber boss introduced for Season 2 is Duriel, King of Maggots. This boss uses a variety of deadly attacks imbued with poison, which will surely provide a challenge to anyone that faces him.

Duriel can only be fought in World Tier 4 after obtaining Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony from defeating Varshan and Grigoire in World Tier 4.

	How to Fight: Complete Tier 30 or above Nightmare Dungeons in order to get 9 Distilled Fear to craft the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil.

The Beast in the Ice is another new boss for the Season 2 update. This boss uses a series of ice and heavy attacks to deliver shattering blows to anyone who dares fight him.

You can encounter the Beast in the Ice in World Tier 4 after obtaining enough Distilled Fear acquired from completing Tier 30 or above Nightmare Dungeons.

Uber Lilith

Uber Lilith	Rewards: • Bloody Liquid Steed (Mount)

	Location: Echo of Hatred
	How to Fight: Interact with Lilith's Blood Petals located at Nevesk in World Tier 4

Uber Lilith is the pinnacle version of the Lilith boss you will encounter during the main campaign of the game. This version of Lilith is much stronger and has tons of mechanics that can instantly kill you with a single hit.

You can face Uber Lilith by interacting with her Blood Petals, located at a church in Nevesk, upon reaching World Tier 4.
