Cornucopia is an Occult Gem in Diablo 4 (D4) that you can equip to obtain unique gem effects during the game's Season of Witches. Read on to learn its effects, how to get the Cornucopia gem, and all Cornucopia gem upgrades.

How to Get Cornucopia Gems

Learn Recipe from Grimoire

To craft the Cornucopia Occult Gem, you'll first need to learn its crafting recipe from the Cornucopia Grimoire. The grimoire drops from Headhunt zones starting on Torment I difficulty.

Once you've learned the recipe, you can craft the Cornucopia Occult Gem with Gelena at the Tree of Whispers. You'll need an Vulture Talon x1, Toadling's Wish x1, and Skull Fragments x75,000.

Only Equippable on Jewelry Slots

To offset the gem's all-rounded benefit of armor and resistances, the gem can only be socketed to jewelry slots. Avoid crafting multiple Occult Gems as you'll only be able to equip 3 unique occult gems at the same time.
