Diablo 4 - Are There Private Servers

Diablo 4 (D4) does not currently support private servers, private games, or offline mode, as it's intended to be an online experience. Read on to learn more about the status of private servers in-game.

Diablo 4 - No Private Servers or Private Games
Diablo 4 does not currently support private servers or private games. While it's possible to play through the game solo and run through instanced content alone, Diablo 4 is online-only and requires an internet connection to play.

In addition, as of writing, there has been no news or announcements from Blizzard's official channels regarding the addition of private servers, private games, or offline mode in the future.

Cross-Network Play Can Be Turned Off

Diablo 4 - Cross-Network Play Can Be Turned Off

While private servers aren't supported, it's possible for players to see fewer people in the overworld by turning off Cross-Network Play in the Social tab of the Options menu. Deactivating this feature prevents players from encountering players on other platforms or consoles.
