Diablo 4 - The Armory
The Armory system in Diablo 4 (D4) allows you to save and load custom loadouts, making it easier to switch between builds. Learn where to find the Armory and how to save and load loadouts here.

Armory System Explained

Saves Your Current Build as a Loadout

Diablo 4 - Saves Your Current Build Loadout

The Armory releases with Season 7, Season of Witchcraft, and allows you to save your build, including equipped gear, socketed Gems or Runes, your skill tree configuration, and Paragon Board with Glyphs, into a loadout. This allows you to store and easily switch between customized builds using the Armory menu.

Switch Builds by Loading a Loadout

Diablo 4 - Switch Builds by Loading a Loadout

Saved loadouts let you swap builds instantly in the Armory by selecting a loadout and pressing the Load button. Switching builds is free! It does not cost Gold or any other resources.

Each Character Has 5 Loadout Slots

Diablo 4 - 5 Loadout Slots That are Character Bound

Each character has five loadout slots, allowing you to store multiple builds. Loadouts are character-bound, meaning changes made to one character’s loadouts will not affect others.

How to Use the Armory

Save - Select a Loadout Slot to Overwrite and Press Save

To save your current build as an Armory loadout, first is to set up your whole build. Make sure all that your gear has the right Gems or Runes, your Skill Tree and Hotbar are set up, and you have the right Glyphs on. Then access the Armory menu, select a loadout slot, and press Save to overwrite it with your current build.

Load - Choose a Loadout to Swap Into and Press Load

To switch builds, choose the desired loadout slot and press Load. This will swap all equipped gear, Skill Tree allocations, and your Paragon Board configuration to match the saved build.
