In addition to earning random loot and Renown in the region, you unlock the following rewards for completing the Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold.
Completing the Omath's Redoubt Stronghold unlocks the Crumbling Hekma Dungeon where you can get the Aspect of Splintering Energy for the Sorcerer class.

To progress further in the Omath's Redoubt stronghold, you need to inspect all four corpses inside the yellow circles in your map.
During the fight, High Priestess Hadar will summon multiple skeleton minions in the area. Focus on eliminating them first before dealing with the boss to avoid taking extra damage.
