Mythic Uniques are 12 powerful and extremely rare pieces of Unique equipment in Diablo 4. Learn about the new Mythic Uniques added with the Season 6 update and the Vessel of Hatred Expansion, as well as a list of all Mythic Unique items and how to get them here!

Effect: Lucky Hit: Up to a 20% chance to trigger a poison nova that applies 37,740 Poisoning damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the area. |
 Doombringer
(1H Sword) |
Effect: Lucky Hit: Up to a 25% chance to deal 12,030 Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage dealt by 20% for 5 seconds. |
 Harlequin Crest
(Helm) |
Effect: Gain 20% Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills. |
 Melted Heart of Selig
(Amulet) |
Effect: Gain 60 maximum Resource. When taking damage, 75% is drained as 2 Resource for every 1% of Maximum Life you would have lost. |
 Ring of Starless Skies
(Ring) |
Effect: Spending resources reduces your resource costs and increases your damage by 10% for 3 seconds, up to 50%. |
 The Grandfather
(2H Sword) |
Effect: Increases your Critical Strike Damage by 100%. The other properties of this weapon can roll higher than normal. |
 Ahavarion Spear of Lycander
(Staff) |
Effect: Gain a random Shrine effect for 20 seconds after killing an Elite enemy. Can only occur once every 30 seconds. |
 Tyrael’s Might
(Chest Armor) |
Effect: While at full Life, your Skills unleash a divine barrage dealing damage. |
 Heir of Perdition
(Helm) |
Effect: Succumb to hatred and earn Mother's Favor, increasing your damage dealt by 60%. Briefly steal Mother's Favor from Nearby allies by slaughtering enemies. |
 Shroud of False Death
(Chest Armor) |
Effect: If you haven't dealt damage in the last 2 seconds, gain Stealth and 40% Movement Speed. |
 Shattered Vow
(Polearm) |
Effect: Enemies afflicted by more Damage over Time than remaining Life are Executed. |
 Nesekem, The Herald
(Glaive) |
Effect: Every 2 seconds, you randomly mark a Nearby enemy. Marked enemies are Vulnerable, and your attacks against them are guaranteed to Critically Strike and Overpower. Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark from them. |
There are a total of 12 Mythic Uniques that is currently available in the game. Each of these can be obtained by completing content in Torment I and above. You can also craft them at the Blacksmith using Resplendent Sparks.

Defeat Boss Ladders and Uber Bosses
The most reliable way to farm Mythic Uniques at this point is to farm Boss Ladders and Uber Bosses found in Torment I difficulty and above. Take on these bosses at the highest Torment difficulty you can to get higher chances of obtaining Mythic Uniques.
Note that all of these bosses have a chance to drop Mythic Uniques, but Duriel and Andariel have twice the drop chance compared to other bosses.
All Boss Ladder and Uber Boss Loot Tables
Craft At the Blacksmith
Mythic Uniques are now crafted at the Blacksmith. You have the option to craft a random Mythic Unique using 2 Resplendent Spark or craft specific Mythic Uniques using a combination of 1 Resplendent Spark and a set of named Runes to each item.
Do High Level Content With High Unique Drop Chance
Activities that have a high chance of dropping Uniques will also increase your chances of obtaining Mythic Uniques. Make sure to take on content like Nightmare Dungeons, Whisper Caches, Helltide, and World Bosses to get a chance on obtaining these Unique items!
Gamble from the Purveyor of Curiosity
If you are feeling lucky, you can also take your chances at the Purveyor of Curiosity and spend your Murmuring Obols for purchasing gear. Keep in mind that the rarity of gear you can get will range from Magic to Mythic Unique items, so it would take quite a bit of luck to get your hands on the rarest gears.
What Are Mythic Uniques?
The Rarest Unique Equipment
Mythic Uniques are the rarest unique equipment in the game that has the strongest effects and affixes that can be obtained. There are a total of 10 Mythic Uniques, which have an incredibly low drop rate but will always drop at 800 item Power.
Uber Uniques are Now Called Mythic Uniques
Mythic Uniques, the rarest Unique items in the whole game, used to be called Uber Uniques. Previously, it was difficult to tell apart regular and Uber uniques but now they are labeled as Mythic Unique items and glow a bright purple color.
