All Kurast Undercity Tributes | The Kurast Undercity Questline Walkthrough |
You can unlock Kurast Undercity by completing the Reunion Quest in the Vessel of Hatred Campaign. Finishing this quest will automatically trigger a new feature quest at the Kurast Bazaar, where you will be tasked with defeating Alia in one of the districts within the Undercity.
Complete Expansion Story Walkthrough
After unlocking the feature quest for Kurast Undercity, you can use the Spirit Brazier on the southeastern side of the Kurast Bazaar. This will open a portal to the first floor of the dungeon. Keep in mind that the timer starts ticking as soon as you step out of the Spirit Auras upon arrival.

There are a total of 3 Floors in Kurast Undercity with each featuring a boss at the end. Keep this in mind as you progress, as you must reach the boss floor within the limited time available during your dungeon run. Keep in mind that once you enter the boss room, the timer will disappear, so use it wisely on the first three floors.
Killing Afflicted Monsters and structures will add a few seconds to your timer, allowing you to reach deeper floors and the final boss of the dungeon. You can easily distinguish them on the map by looking for enemies with an orange hourglass icon. Defeating one of these enemies will grant you additional time on your timer, with the duration varying based on whether the enemy is a normal, elite, or boss.
You can earn more Attunement by activating Spirit Beacons and slaying monsters inside the Kurast Undercity. The higher your Attunement rank upon completion, the better the rewards you will receive. Each floor will always have 3 Spirit Beacons available. Some floors may also have a Greater Spirit Beacon, which gives a massive boost to your Attunement.
Tributes can be obtained in Kurast Undercity and through various activities across Sanctuary. These Tributes can offered at the Spirit Brazier for your next run to target specific rewards, but will also increase the challenges.
Bargains, on the other hand, can customize the loot and rewards you obtain within the dungeon. These have certain gold or material requirements before you can apply them so try save up on those beforehand.
The Portal Prankster is a loot goblin unique to the Kurest Undercity dungeon. When encountered, it will spawn a series of portals that makes it harder for you to chase it but will offer a bonus chest at the end of the floor when successful.
As you progress deeper into the dungeon, make sure to clear all the monsters you encounter along the way to gain additional time. This will allow you to farm more Attunement before moving to the next floor, especially if you are having difficulties clearing Greater Spirit Beacons.
You can earn better rewards by activating Spirit Beacons along the way and defeating all the monsters to collect Attunement. This will significantly increase the rewards you receive at the end of your run. Keep in mind that if you are using a Tribute, your main goal is to gather the maximum amount of Attunement to maximize the offering.
If you are planning to farm specific items like Runes, Legendaries, or Uniques, it is highly recommended to use Tributes and Bargains to make your runs more challenging. This also allows you to target farm items depending on which Tribute you choose to use for your run.

All Kurast Undercity Tributes and How to Get
You can get Gold, Legendary Drops, and Materials from the reward chest after defeating the boss in the Kurast Undercity dungeon. Keep in mind that these may vary depending on the Tribute you have applied at the Spirit Brazier.
Kurast Undercity is a speed-based multistage dungeon that will help with your leveling and gear acquisition for endgame content. Note that you will be kicked out of the dungeon once the timer runs out and you will need to start again.
Similar to the Dark Citadel, Kurast Undercity is exclusive to the owners of the expansion. This is because the activity is located in Nahantu, which is only accessible to players who own Vessel of Hatred.
