Complete Whisper Bounties

You can farm Fugitive Heads by completing Whisper bounties in Headhunt zones. Headhunt zones are similar to Helltides where you can do the new Whisper bounties.

Defeat Headrotten Enemies

Defeat Headrotten bosses for a chance to get Fugitive Heads. Headrotten bosses are quite strong and it's recommended to take them on with a party or other players present in Headhunt zones.

Alternatively, you can find Headrotten bosses inside rootholds which are seasonal dungeons within Headhunts. Rootholds will always have a boss at the end but it's not guaranteed that the boss is a Headrotten.

Used to Get Occult Gems

Fugitive Heads are used to trade for materials with Gelena at the Tree of Whispers. Occult Gems are seasonal socketables that provide unique abilities and have to be crafted first with varying material requirements.

All Occult Gems provide 160 Armor and 8% Resist All on top of their unique effects. Higher tiers of Occult Gems are crafted using the following materials: Fugitive Heads, Restless Rot, Gem Dust, and other Occult Gems.
