Skipping the Campaign will allow you to start the Season 2 Questline right away in Diablo 4 (D4). Learn the pros and cons of skipping the campaign on a Seasonal Character.

Skipping the Campaign allows you to immediately start the Season 2 Questline as soon as you create your Seasonal Character. Overall, skipping the Campaign in Season 2 is the best option for the majority of players.
As this provides access to the powerful Malignant Hearts right away, most players who are working towards reaching endgame quickly and achieving the Season-related goals in the Season 2 Journey will want to choose this option.
If you want the chance to experience the Campaign again with your new character, and take your time reaching endgame, redoing the Campaign will provide a full gameplay experience from start to finish.
If you choose to skip the Campaign, you will permanently miss out on this option with your new Seasonal Character. Although there aren't a lot of true advantages to this, it might be a valuable experience for some, in what case you should think carefully before choosing the Skip Campaign option.
If you have finished the Campaign before with any character, you'll unlock the option to skip the Campaign upon creating a new character. Also, whether you've finished the Campaign or not, don't forget to transfer renown to your new Seasonal Character.
