Season 4 Guide

Legacy Items Cannot be Upgraded

Due to their current system not following the standard itemization system, all the Legacy Items can still be used but no longer upgradable.

Cannot Be Masterworked and Tempered

During the loot reborn update, we got a massive itemization overhaul that combined several affixes into more general use affixes. Affixes such as damage to close and distant enemies were reworked to affixes like increased damage which makes getting affixes for your gear much easier.

All the items that were obtained Pre-Season 4 cannot be Tempered not Masterworked due to them already having additional affixes that take the slots that affixes you can grant from the newly added tempering system post Season 4. For the same reason, they also cannot be masterworked as the gear you have must first be tempered before it can be upgraded via the Masterwork feature.

Post Season 4-6 Items

No Longer Gives Sacred items

With the difficulty tier update added to the game, there will be no more Sacred Items and all available sacred items will be converted to legacy items. However, since these items follow the season 4 mechanics, they can still be tempered and masterworked.
