Rewards for Completing Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold
In addition to earning random loot and Renown in the region, you unlock the following rewards for completing the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold.
Unlocks the Shifting City and Pallid Delve Dungeons
Completing the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold unlocks the Shifting City Dungeon and the Pallid Delve Dungeon. Completing these dungeons will reward you with the Elementalist's Aspect for the Sorcerer class and the Ravenous Aspect for the Rogue class.
Unlocks the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Waypoint
It also unlocks a new waypoint in Dry Steppes which gives you an additional 20 Renown Value.

Infernal Spires Locations
To complete the Ruins of Qara-Yisu stronghold, you need destroy all three Infernal Spires in the area to spawn Utulku, The Voice Below. Look for the skull icon on your map to locate all the Infernal Spires.
How to Beat Utulku, The Voice Below
Eliminate the Ads Immediately
Utulku's attacks can be easily avoided as long as you keep moving around the area during the fight. However, do not underestimate Utulku's damage. Try to play it safe and kill all the ads that he summons to make sure that you can freely roam the area without worrying about other enemies.
